Booking & Payments

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your ceremony date.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make your wedding more accessible. Contact us to discuss your options.

Yes, you must request a reschedule at least 60 days in advance. All reschedules are subject to availability. If we are unable to accommodate the change, the original cancellation policy applies.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 2 months before – You forfeit the booking fee.
Less than 2 months before – You are liable for 50% of the total package price.
Less than 14 days before – You are liable for 100% of the total package price.
Wedding Day & Ceremony

If either partner is more than 30 minutes late, Sherbet Birdie reserves the right to cancel the ceremony. All monies paid will be forfeited.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own celebrant. However, all legal paperwork must still be submitted at least 30 days prior to your ceremony.

No, guest numbers must not exceed the agreed limit in your package. If additional guests arrive, Sherbet Birdie reserves the right to deny entry or charge an additional fee.

Additional time must be arranged in advance. If extra time is required on the day, it will be billed at $450 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.

Yes! Our resident musician, Glenn Esmond, can provide live acoustic performances and curated playlists to enhance your wedding.

We offer six cinematic wedding sets, including:
Vegas Love Chapel – Retro, fun, and a little wild.
Botanic Arch – Romantic and nature-inspired.
Enchanted Forest – A dreamy fairytale setting.
Palace of Versailles – Opulent and grand.
Gothic Castle – Dark romance with a touch of drama.

Photography & Content

Yes, all our wedding packages include professional photography to capture your ceremony and post-ceremony moments. You can also upgrade to a full studio photoshoot if you want additional coverage.

The Online Private Gallery of your wedding photos will be delivered within 99 days of your wedding date.

Yes, Sherbet Birdie retains the right to use wedding photos for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before your ceremony.
Venue, Vendors & Add-ons

Yes, but we must be notified at least 14 days prior to the ceremony. All vendors must follow Sherbet Birdie’s setup and pack-down guidelines. Vendors who do not comply may be denied access.

No, the couple and their guests may only access the venue during the agreed-upon time. Early arrivals or late departures will incur additional charges.

Yes, catering is available in some packages, featuring grazing tables or elegant afternoon tea selections. We can accommodate dietary preferences such as gluten-free and vegan upon request.

If an event such as extreme heat, storms, or a government-mandated restriction impacts your ceremony, Sherbet Birdie will make reasonable adjustments to ensure your wedding can still proceed.
If an event such as a natural disaster or pandemic prevents Sherbet Birdie from fulfilling its services, we will offer to reschedule within six months, subject to availability.

Yes! We love including furry friends in your special day. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you have a specific date in mind. Popular dates fill up quickly, and we only host a limited number of weddings per month.

You will need to submit a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form at least 30 days before your ceremony. Our celebrant will guide you through the paperwork process.

If you’re having an elopement package, you must bring two witnesses. If needed, we can arrange witnesses for an additional fee.

Yes! If you’ve already done the legal paperwork elsewhere (e.g., overseas or at a registry office), we can provide a symbolic ceremony that looks and feels like a wedding.

We provide stunning, fully styled wedding sets, so extra decorations are not needed. However, if you have small personal touches (like a custom sign or heirloom piece), let us know in advance.

Yes! For an additional fee, we offer celebrants in themed attire (e.g., Johnny Cash, Orville Peck, Elvis, fantasy officiants, or classic styling).

Yes, we have street parking available nearby. We recommend allowing extra time to find a spot, especially on weekends.

Unfortunately, our venue is not fully wheelchair accessible due to stairs leading into the venue and the bathroom. However, we can provide entry without stairs via our front entrance on Parramatta Road. Please note that the toilet remains inaccessible.
